It’s true– I did a story in the UNIQUES TALES anthology, which was nominated for a 2011 HARVEY AWARD! If it wins the award, this will be my SECOND Harvey for Best Anthology– it doesn’t mean a lot when it’s an award for a project with a kajillion other creators, I guess… but I dig it. I’ll be hitting Baltimore Comic-Con pretty soon here to cheer on editors Adam Withers and Comfort Love.

I thought it would be very cool to share one of my quick sketch roughs for one of the upcoming stories in Skyward for you to see what I start with before applying final lines to the board.  I start with a rough like this, 11 x 17 loose paper, do a quick sketch to get the look I’m going for, then throw it on the light box and apply the final lines.

Anyway… it’s cool to me, anyway.  NOW YOU GETS ANOTHER PAGE! Expect that.
