Here it is at last– late, but here nonetheless! Special thanks to Stephen Downer for the colors on this one.
Diehard Skyward fans will recall Steve not only colored the covers of all the issues so far, he also colored the interiors to issue 1!
Everyone make sure you’ve got copies of #0 from Double Feature‘s Fantasy #2– information below!

Thing is, I’ve drawn 4 different covers for this issue– I just wasn’t happy with any of the others until now. Anyway, you faithful followers have stuck by me through thick and thin, eagerly awaiting more morsels of info on the new Skyward issues (of which I have several nearly completely drawn as I write this)… so you deserve to see this first! I won’t post this around for a few days, so show the love and let me know whatcha think!
Note of interest: This is one of the first things I drew this year, having drawn it on the 3rd or something. Hard to remember a couple weeks ago.

Welcome to 2012, everyone! Apologies for the missed posts– you see, my wife has a sizable Christmas break off from work, and she wanted to play through Final Fantasy 3 (6 if you’re from Japan) on the Super Nintendo (since she’d never played it). We did, and Kefka took a vicious beating with our Level 99 players. Much fun was had, a lot of work was done from home, and no Skratchadays went up. Yeah… whoops?
People that watch me over at deviantArt won’t be surprised by the next several Skratchadays, but after that is some new stuff for you guys. Enjoy the new year of Skratchaday!

Two days in a row? That’s right, folks– we’re back. I’ve got a bit of back-up now, so this blog will be regularly updated once a day again! Because I love you guys that much, that’s why.
The main focus of the next several posts will be commissions for the holiday season. You guys and gals were so amazing– taking advantage of my generosity during the November sale’s much lower prices– that I have plenty to share.
